Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
All custom-made or personalized items (including made-to-order rings, custom sizes, engraved pieces, or items created specifically for you) are final sale and non-returnable. Because these pieces are crafted uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Quality Guarantee
If your custom item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the item at no cost after reviewing supporting photos/videos.
Order Accuracy
Before placing a custom order, please ensure all details (ring size, metal choice, stone shape/size, personalization) are correct. Changes cannot be made once the order enters production.
